TaylorCo, the business name of Taylor Property Consultants, is an Atlanta consulting and property services firm. We bring decades of experience across construction, engineering, financial analysis, and property management to every community and property we work with.
Why we do both
Most firms either advise or build. A reserve study written by someone who has never priced a roof replacement, or a bid review by someone who has never managed a crew, misses things. TaylorCo does the analysis and the physical work, so our recommendations reflect what a job actually takes.
That's why every reserve study includes a site visit and a board presentation, and why our bid comparisons line up scopes item by item instead of just comparing totals.
Who does the work
TaylorCo is led by a certified Project Management Professional with a mechanical engineering background (EIT, BSME) and more than a decade of residential and industrial/commercial construction management experience. Our principal prepares TaylorCo's reserve studies, cost segregation studies, condition assessments, and bid analyses personally.
