Reserve Studies

We provide all classes of community reserve studies per CAI recommendations.

Association board of directors have an obligation to the owners of the community to protect and enhance the shared common assets. TaylorCo can complete both the physical survey and financial analysis required for the community board members to best protect those assets.

Contract Consulting

Often individuals and communities have difficulty parsing through the documents needed to manage their assets.

TaylorCo's certified team members are adept at comparing bids, developing scope of work documents, building project timelines and budgets, and completing an array of construction and project management documentation tasks.

Condition Assessments and Inspections

With well over a decade of experience in residential and industrial/commercial construction management, TaylorCo's staff can perform condition assessments on your assets, develop inspection plans for 3rd party contractors, provide remaining useful life and repair plan scope of work documents that can be taken to repair contractors.
